About Us -- Ann Andrews

Ann Andrews, co-founder of Redstone Results, is a practicing litigator with more than 15 years experience in the court room and at the podium. Prior to joining one of Michigan’s premier law firms in 1992, Ann managed the human resources function for Sparrow Hospital. Ann’s blend of management and litigation experience gives her a unique perspective on human communication.

Drawing on her court room skills, her years as a member of the legal community, and her management expertise, Ann presents practical techniques for improving the effectiveness of each participant’s communication with his or her clients, professional contacts, peers, managers and subordinates and before audiences large and small. Ann sees to it that each participant leaves with a solid set of communication skills based on his or her own authentic communication style.

Ann has earned a reputation as a skilled public speaker. Whether Ann addresses a small professional work group or an audience of one hundred, participants can count on being engaged, entertained, and learning much about his or her own authentic communication style and effective methods of enhancing it.

Before co-founding Redstone Results, Ann was a partner with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, where she continues to practice law part time. She graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a baccalaureate degree in Education from Indiana University. Ann resides with her husband in Williamston, Michigan.
